This Joint communique is signed by H.E. Mr. Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and H.E. Mr. Noppadon Pattama, Minister of Foreign Affairs, in Paris. This communique was support to list Preah Vihea temple as a World Heritage that proposed by Cambodia. Preah Vihea temple is belong to Cambodia and we have right to ask Unesco to list it as a World Heritage.
